This website is provided by Tallum AB. The designations "we," "our," and "us" refer to Tallum AB. These general terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, purchase from www.tallum.se or www.tallum.com, or by placing an order directly with us.
To place an order, you must be 18 years old. By placing your order, you accept our general terms and conditions and certify that the information you have provided about yourself is valid. You can always contact us at contact@tallum.se if you have any questions.
Pricing and payment
All prices include VAT according to the selected country. If you would like to place an international order or if you are a business customer within the EU (Tax Exempt), please contact us atcontact@tallum.se; we will be happy to assist you. Shipping costs will be added based on the shipping option you choose when placing your order.
Returns and refunds
Right of Withdrawal: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@tallum.se. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment, minus our shipping costs for the return, within 10 business days. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@tallum.se.
Delivery
At the moment, we offer purchases to European customers through our webshop. When you order an item from us, you have the option to choose between pickup or home delivery. The available delivery methods for your specific order will be displayed in the shopping cart when you place your order.
Pickup: You can pick up your orders free of charge directly from our warehouse, located just outside Stockholm. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. The loading dock is located at the back of the building, at the end of the fenced yard. Entrance is from Slakthusgatan 26.

Delivery Cost: The delivery cost for your order is stated directly in the shopping cart and is also shown in the written order confirmation you receive after your order.
Delivery Time: We strive to handle deliveries as quickly as possible. If the delivery time exceeds what is indicated in the order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as we receive information about the delay. Tallum AB cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties that are beyond our control.
Unclaimed Packages: Packages must be collected within four days after notification from the carrier. If we cannot deliver the shipment due to the recipient not being available or unable to receive the goods at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to us, and the order will be canceled. You will be automatically refunded your original payment, minus our shipping and additional return costs.
